REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

We want you to feel confident purchasing from Dæluge. If you are not satisfied with your order, this policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.

Returns

We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused

  • the product must be in its original packaging

  • the return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

 

Due to the nature of personal care products, opened or used items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • your order number

  • the item you wish to return

  • the reason for the return

 

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

 

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.

 

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number

  • photos of the product and packaging

  • a brief description of the issue

 

We will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

 

 

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

 

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less shipping.

 

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • opened or used products

  • products returned without prior approval

  • items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process described above.
