SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and shipped when you purchase from the Dæluge website.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Locations

Dæluge currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

Due to state regulations governing hemp-derived products, we are unable to ship to the following states:

  • Hawaii

  • Idaho

  • Iowa

  • Mississippi

  • New Hampshire

  • South Dakota



Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • other reliable shipping providers


Shipping method and carrier may vary depending on location and order size.


Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, or high seasonal demand.

 
Presale Orders
 
From time to time, Dæluge may offer products for preorder or presale. Presale items are purchased before inventory is available and will ship once production or fulfillment is complete.
 
If your order contains a presale item, shipping will occur once the product becomes available. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email when their order has been dispatched.
 
Estimated shipping timeframes for presale items will be noted on the product page when available.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you can monitor delivery progress.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Dæluge is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first using the tracking information provided.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Dæluge is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
